Statement from the SD Eibar board of directors

The board of directors of SD Eibar S.A.D (public limited sports company) met yesterday, 18 July 2017, and wishes to inform the club's shareholders of the following measures that were adopted:

1.- To make the report detailing the expenses of the club's board members from the last three seasons (2014/5, 2015/16, 2016/17), which was carried out by the firm Attest, available to shareholders.
Those wishing to view the document can do so from Wednesday 19 July at Gate 1B between 16:00 and 20:00 by requesting an appointment via email at socios@sdeibar.com or by telephoning 943 20 18 31.
To be granted access to the document, interested parties must present their national identity card/passport/driving licence and sign a confidentiality agreement.
The viewing of the document is to be on an individual basis and under the supervision of club staff.

2.- The board has now received the notorial deed of the SD Eibar presidential elections and informs that the results of the shareholder vote were as follows:
         > For the existing board to continue: 78.4% of the shares, 73.27% of the shareholders.
         > Hiria primeran: > 21,4% of the shares, 26,48% of the shareholders.
         > John Sager: 0,2% of the shares, 0,25% of the shareholders.
