About the Foundation
The SD Eibar Foundation (Fundación Deportiva Ipurua) is a non-profit organisation registered in the Basque Government’s Register of Foundations (No. F-179), with tax identification number G20866422 and its registered office at Calle Ipurua, 2 (20600 Eibar, Gipuzkoa). Its activities have been recognised as a priority by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa and it is subject to the tax regime set out in Provincial Regulation 3/2004 of 7 April.
The Foundation acts as the main vehicle for the club’s social dimension, aligning its work with the values and strategic objectives of SD Eibar and actively contributing to the development of its local community.
Key responsibilities
- Promoting the club’s social project: Contributing to the achievement of SD Eibar’s strategic objectives from a social, educational and community perspective.
- Developing local initiatives: Promoting and collaborating on sporting, cultural, educational and environmental projects that have a positive impact on Gipuzkoa and the surrounding area.
- Conveying values: Preserving, reinforcing and promoting the club’s values across all areas of its activities, both internally and externally.
- Engaging with the local community: Acting as a bridge between the club and its stakeholders — supporters, the local region, institutions, social organisations, businesses and suppliers — strengthening the bond between SD Eibar and its community.
