The SD Eibar Foundation carries out its work through three main strategic areas, which underpin its commitment to sport, the local region and society:

• Sports department: promoting sport, training and the transmission of values through football.
• Debabarrena’s department of Memory, Culture and Social Environment: preserving historical memory, promoting culture and developing social projects linked to the local area.
• Institutional Area: development of cross-cutting policies relating to the Basque language, equality and corporate social responsibility.
