SD Eibar will work with Zaporeak NGO to send food to Syria and Turkey
The club has organised a food collection at the Orsaixan space at Ipurua to help those affected by the earthquakes
Through its Foundation, SD Eibar has decided to join the food collection campaign organised by Zaporeak, a Basque NGO, to help those affected by the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey.
From this Thursday, the Orsaixan space at Ipurua will have boxes available for those who wish to collaborate and donate food items, which will then be sent to Turkey and Syria to be delivered to people affected by the earthquakes.
Zaporeak recommends the donation of these foodstuffs: milk, tin cans, cooked food and energy bars.
The hours for the collection of food will be as follows:
· Thursday, 15:30 to 19:30
· Friday: 09:30 to 13:30 and 15:30 to 19:30
· Sunday: From 16:30 until the end of the game against Cartagena, which starts at 18:30
The Zaporeak NGO will then take charge of the logistics for the delivery of this aid to both countries. The SD Eibar Foundation encourages all the club’s supporters to join in with this initiative.
