Pre-season up and running for women's first team
SD Eibar have made nine signings and have a new coach at the helm in Jordi Telletxea
Yesterday saw the SD Eibar Women's first team begin pre-season training, with nine summer recruits and new coach Jordi Telletxea on board.
The nine arrivals ahead of the new campaign are: Michi Goto, Inés Ayestarán, Cristina Cornejo, Itziar Gastearena, Leyre Fernández, Titay Calvo, Marina Agoues, Arene Altonaga and Sheila Elorza.
As a part of the team's pre-season programme, the ladies are this Saturday set to participate in a special event involving various activities and a team lunch at the Real Club Tenis de San Sebastián.
Following on from a two-week period of training sessions, the side will face their first pre-season outing on Saturday 11 August. The start of the Segunda División season is scheduled for 9 September.
