The Annual General Meeting for shareholders will take place on December 17th at 19.30 hours at Coliseo Theatre in Eibar, with the following agenda:
First.- Mr. President's address to shareholders regarding the status of the Club.
Second.- Examination and approval, if appropriate, of the Annual Financial Statements and Management Report, according to financial year ending on July 30th 2015.
Third.- Examination and approval, if appropriate, of the Budget for 2015/16 Season.
Fourth.- Question and Answer Session
Fifth.- Reading and approval, if appropriate, of the Minutes of the Meeting.
