"Eibar in the World" photo exhibition to be opened on October 1st
"Eibar Munduan" (basque for "Eibar in the World") photo exhibition will open on October 1st in Eibar Topaleku exhibition gallery, with more than one hundred photographies from supporters all over the world.
"Eibar Munduan" (basque for "Eibar in the World") photo exhibition will open on October 1st in Eibar Topaleku exhibition gallery, with more than one hundred photographies, from a selection of more than three hundred, sent by supporters from all over the world. This exhibition is connected with the 75th Anniversary celebration events, and it"s dedicated to our supporters living in the five continents.
The exhibition will be open since October 1st until October 11th, from 10.00 to 21.00 in Topaleku gallery (Zuloagatarren kalea 3, Eibar). Visitors will be provided with a voting form to choose their three favourite pictures giving 3, 2 and 1 points to them The jury will take into account the votes to decide the prizes, including two honour invitations for the Directors Box at the stadium, guided tours, signed jerseys by the First Team, and merchandising packs.
For all those interested in the exhibition that don"t live in the Basque Country, there will be a virtual exhibition on the Club"s official Flickr page. Votes (giving 3, 2 and 1 points to the three favourite photos) may be casted using the following e-mail account: 1940-2015@sdeibar.com

Durante el 2015, el SD Eibar ha venido desarrollando el programa de actos de conmemoración del 75º Aniversario, desde la exposición retrospectiva en Portalea, hasta el partido contra el Celtic FC de Glasgow, pasando por el cambio de nombres de calles o la participación en la Vuelta Ciclista a Euskadi.
La exposición "Eibar Munduan", como acto del 75º Aniversario, está dedicada a la afición en sus viajes por el mundo. A finales de 2013 se convocó un concurso para que los aficionados pudiesen enviar sus mejores fotos en cualquier rincón del planeta con el requisito de que hubiese algo que les identificase como seguidores armeros. Casi dos años más tarde, el Club, a través de la Fundación, inaugurará una exposición con una selección de las mejores fotografías recibidas desde los cinco continentes de entre las más de 300 personas que han querido participar.
Topalekua, sala de exposiciones de Arrate Kultur Elkartea, acogerá la exposición desde este jueves 1 de octubre hasta su clausura el domingo 11 de octubre, en horario ininterrumpido de 10.00 a 21.00 horas.
Todo el que acuda a ver la exposición podrá votar in situ por sus tres fotos favoritas para que el jurado –formado por la Comisión del 75º Aniversario- tenga en cuenta su opinión a la hora de entregar los cinco premios que incluyen desde invitaciones de honor para un partido de Liga en el Palco Presidencial, hasta una visita guiada por Ipurua o camisetas firmadas por el Primer Equipo.
En las próximas semanas el Club anunciará el resto de actos conmemorativos del 75º Aniversario previstos.
