The coach of Eibar’s women’s team, Yerai Martin, spoke in a press conference on Thursday ahead of Saturday’s game away in Granada. He told the media that: “As well as being a difficult opponent, they are a team we know and we will try to play a good game and to secure some nice points as well.”

He also explained that the team is prepared for the difficult weeks ahead, stating: “As part of the adaptation and learning process we are going through, we have to take firm steps. In the division we’re in, our opponents are at a high level and there are dangerous players, so we have to be solid defensively and take as many chances as possible when in front of goal.”

As for the busy schedule, the boss of Las Armeras stated: “We have five games in two weeks, but the team is ready and eager.”
