SD Eibar to be represented by virtual team in VFO League for PS4
The launch event saw the club's virtual captain and the first-team skipper go head-to-head
Today saw SD Eibar launch its virtual team, which will compete in the Primera Division of the Virtual Football Organisation (VFO) League for PlayStation 4.
The presidential box at Ipurua played host a launch event which saw the captain of the virtual team, Juan Sopeña León, better known as Gambito 1000, do battle with the skipper of the club's first team, Dani García, with Adrián González deputising for his teammate at half-time. The game was screened on the scoreboard at Ipurua.
