SD Eibar set to launch season ticket renewal scheme in coming days

SD Eibar are set to launch the club's 2017 season ticket renewal programme over the course of the coming days, meaning that supporters will need to be up to date with their payments to be allowed entry into the LaLiga clash against Atletico Madrid on Saturday 7 January.

Those season-ticket holders who now qualify for an OAPs ticket must present the relevant supporting documentation prior to 30 December. Likewise, all unemployed season-ticket holders - who benefit from a price reduction - must submit a report of their current employment status, a document which can be obtained from Social Security, before 30 December. It is essential that supporters provide these documents in order for the club to grant admission under these categories.

Meanwhile, the club has made adjustments to the payment dates for those season-ticket holders who pay for their ticket in three instalments. Up until now, the payment dates were January, February and March, whereas moving forward, the instalments will be due at the beginning of January, March and May.

Season-ticket holders wishing to change their seat still have the option to do so up until the deadline of 30 December.

For all of these procedures, to cancel a season ticket or to inform the club of a change in ownership of the ticket, supporters can drop into the club's offices from Monday to Friday from 10:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00, telephone 943 2018 31 or send an email to socios@sdeibar.com.

Over 13s are to be classed as youth season-ticket holders and those aged over 23 belong to the adults category. For security reasons, all children attending fixtures at Ipurua must own a season ticket.

SD Eibar wish to remind supporters that access to the stadium will be allowed solely on the basis that the holder belongs to the category displayed on their card. The holder of a loaned season ticket card must satisfy the conditions of the relevant category.

The club wish to make all of its season-ticket holders aware that owing to updates and amendments made to our privacy policy, they must all accept the general conditions applicable to season-ticket holders. Supporters may accept the policy via the club's website or at the Ipurua offices, with further information on how to do this set to be released in January.
