SD Eibar renews its ISO certification and adds new parameters of certified quality
The armero club was the first European footballing entity to obtain an ISO certificate
SD Eibar has renewed its quality certificate ISO 9001:2008 and has added new quality parameters to this certification.
In 2005, the Club obtained its first ISO certificate (in that case it was the 9001-2000) and thereby became the first European football entity to achieve this accreditation. Since that date it has been periodically renewing this certification.
Until now, the Quality Management System was only applicable to the Management of football games and the certification obtained, dated 16 March 2016 extends to Strategic management, Attention to the stakeholder groups, Raising revenue, Management of the Club’s assets, Organisation of the first team’s sporting events, Resource recruitment and Management of the media.
This quality certificate, conferred by Lloyd’s Register LRQA, will be valid until 14 September 2018.
