Representatives from Japanese J.League visit Ipurua
The Japanese expedition were given a first-hand taste of the Eibar management model
Around 10 representatives from Japan's J.League, including several presidents and directors from clubs belonging to the Japanese top flight, paid a visit to Ipurua, where they were offered a first-hand insight into the various departments across the club. The day's session enabled the visitors to learn about the club's philosophy, the methodologies in place in each of its departments and the SD Eibar management model.
