Juan Luis Crucelegui Garate (Eibar, 1960), holds a degree in Law from the University of Deusto and has specialized training in European Law from the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
Throughout his professional career, he has held significant positions in competition and regulatory policies (President of the Basque Competition Tribunal), having performed responsibilities in the international field related to competition policies within the United Nations (UNCTAD), where he has served as Head of Training, Technical Assistance, and Legal Affairs.
Additionally, Crucelegui has taught at various universities abroad (Peru and Ecuador) as well as at the University of Deusto, where he currently plays a prominent academic role as a university professor, teaching subjects related to national and European Competition Law.
