Joseba Etxeberria and Cesar Palacios, stars of the first Business Club event

SD Eibar's Business Club held the first event of the first edition of this new project at Ipurua, where those attending were able to get to know the club's coach, Joseba Etxeberria, and sporting director, Cesar Palacios. 

Both were the main speakers of a meeting that served to bid farewell to 2023 in the best possible way. In the event that took place at Ipurua, the careers and experiences of both as a player and now as coach and sporting director respectively were reviewed. In addition, they explained their methodology and their way of understanding the game, based on concepts such as humility, work, passion and effort, which are also very representative in the work and business environment. 

Joseba Etxeberria also highlighted other basic aspects such as being a good person or that point of humanity that is needed to build a good team. In addition, he also highlighted trust as one of the pillars for achieving the objectives set. 

Afterwards, there was time for networking in the mixed zone of Ipurua so that the companies could get to know each other, relate to each other and start to create links. All of this was in line with the initiative's objective of creating synergies between small, medium and large companies from the business fabric of Eibar and the surrounding area.
