Gonzalo Escalante has a grade I-II sprain of the medial collateral ligament in his right knee which will mean being out of action for approximately two weeks, according to information provided by the medical services of SD Eibar.

The player has undergone an MRI scan in the Mutualia Pakea clinic in San Sebastian, which has determined the extent of the injury suffered by the Argentinian player during the SD Eibar-Espanyol match, played last Sunday in Ipurua.
