Eibar B capped off the season with a victory against Náxara (3-2) in a match decided in added time, reflecting a team that competed until the very last moment in a season of consolidation in the Segunda Federación.

The reserve team, led by Iñigo Pérez, finished in ninth place with 49 points, after a record of 14 wins, 7 draws, and 13 losses, with 41 goals scored and 42 conceded. Eight points away from the playoff spots and with a twelve-point cushion above the playout zone, the team navigated the season with competitive stability in an always demanding group.

One of the pillars of the season was Areitio. The change of venue transformed their home performance: nine wins and one draw, with 25 goals scored and 25 conceded, solidifying the field as a key factor. However, the progress was not only reflected in the competition. The structural improvement brought by the arrival of the Sports City also facilitated and smoothed the path to professional football for players like Hugo García and Korta, who have experienced the Segunda División in official matches or in first-team training sessions under the new organization.

In sporting terms, the team consistently performed away from home (5 wins, 6 draws, and 6 losses), maintaining a crucial balance to stay in the upper-mid section of the table.

In the season finale, Eibar B secured a hard-fought victory against Náxara in an open-ended match. After a controlled but goalless first half, the reserve team took the lead early in the second half through Anartz. The match entered a chaotic phase in the final stretch, with goals exchanged in a matter of minutes. Náxara managed to equalize, Eibar B regained the lead with a goal from Aguirre, and the visitors once again leveled the score.

When the draw seemed final, a penalty in added time allowed Ekaitz to seal the 3-2 victory and close the season on a high note.

Beyond the final result, the season leaves a clear takeaway: Eibar B not only competed but also made significant progress in their second season in the category. With a solid foundation, adaptability, and growing home performance, the reserve team strengthens its position as a reliable and attractive team within the group.
