César Palacios renews his contract with Eibar until 2026

Sociedad Deportiva Eibar and César Palacios have reached an agreement to renew the sporting director’s contract until June of 2026.

Palacios arrived at Eibar in the summer of 2021, following the club’s relegation to the second division. After revamping the squad in his first season in charge of the sporting department, the team qualified for the promotion playoffs. This season, the team has once again finished inside the top six in the division, with a crucial playoff match coming up on Thursday.

With this renewal, the sporting director from Navarre will continue for at least three more seasons as the head of SD Eibar’s sporting department.
