CD Victoria renews its agreement with SD Eibar until 2020
SD Eibar and CD Vitoria have renewed the agreement under which the club from Vitoria will continue as the reserve team for the Armeros
The president of SD Eibar, Alex Aranzábal, and CD Vitoria president Jorge Ríos, accompanied by board representatives Mikel Larrañaga and Jon Ander Ulazia and the sports director from the team from Álava, Alvaro Mendiguren, shook hands yesterday in the official box after signing the agreement for CD Vitoria to continue as the reserve team until 30 June 2020.
This new agreement represents the continuation of a project that began in June 2015 with the aim of having a reserve team that would provide a squad of players who would be available for promotion to the first team.
As in the original agreement signed at that time, the agreement involves CD Vitoria maintaining its own identity and remaining "an independent club with decision-making capabilities".
