Brentford FC recall Jota Peleteiro, bringing his time at Eibar to an end
The club would like to place on record their thanks to Jota for his efforts and professionalism and wish him all the best in his next step
English side, Brentford FC, have decided to exercise their right to recall their player, Jota Peleteiro, who has been out on loan at Eibar since January 2016.
As a part of the Galician midfielder's loan agreement, the English Championship side had a recall clause which they have chosen to activate in the current winter transfer window, which opened yesterday and ends on 31 January.
As such, and in spite of Eibar's interest in retaining the player's services until June 2017, Jota's spell at the club has come to an end.
Eibar would like to thank Jota Peleteiro for his efforts, commitment and professionalism during his second spell at the club and wish him all the best in his next step. Eibar also want to express their thanks to Brentford for having loaned the player throughout 2016.
