Alejandro Gálvez joins SD Eibar in deal until 2019
The transfer was completed after an agreement was reached between Eibar, the player and Werder Bremen
Alejandro Gálvez has signed a deal with SD Eibar until June 2019 after the Armeros reached an agreement with the Granada-born player and his previous club, German outfit Werder Bremen.
With the deal completed, Gálvez joined up with the squad in Kössen (Austria) on Tuesday night and took part in his first training session with his new teammates on Wednesday morning.
Central defender Gálvez was born in Granada on 6 June 1989 and made his top-flight debut with Sporting Gijón in the 2011-2012 season, making 12 appearances and scoring two goals.
Gálvez played for Rayo Vallecano between 2012 and 2014, where he made 54 appearances and found the net twice. He spent the last two seasons with Werder Bremen, making 41 appearances and scoring two goals during his time in the Bundesliga.
