Activating the transfer of seats in Ipurua through the website

Season ticket holders can transfer their seat up until 1 hour before each game and will receive 40 per cent of the price if the ticket is sold

The seat transfer service is a system whereby season ticket holders who cannot or don’t want to go to a particular game included in the season ticket, can place it at the club’s disposition to be sold to another member or fan interested in going to that game.  The service provides important benefits such as discounts to season ticket holders of SD Eibar and, at the same time, allows other fans to buy tickets that have been “released” for games played at Ipurua.

The Seat Transfer Service will be in uninterrupted service 24 hours a day and the platform can be accessed through the link.

The steps to follow to transfer your seat, if you are a season ticket holder, are very simple:

  • Introduce the membership number as it appears on the card.
  • Introduce the PIN code, which are the last 4 numbers of your national identity card (DNI).
  • Once you have been identified follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
  • Once tickets have been transferred through the platform they will be put on sale, both at the offices at Ipurua and the SD Eibar website throughhttps://www.sdeibar.com/entradas

These steps to transfer your seat can be performed up to one hour before the start of the game and, in the same way, you can recover your seat up to one hour before the game, providing that the seat previously transferred has not been sold.

The Seat Transfer Service offers the possibility of consulting the state of the transfer.

If the seat is sold, the season ticket holder will receive a discount of 40% of the ticket’s sale price, the amount being credited to the ticket holder’s account once the accounts for the game have been closed. The maximum accumulated discount permitted is 50% of the price of the season ticket.

The service will not be applicable to those games considered as “help the Club days”.
