MATCH DAY

• The Public Service Office and Ticket Office opens two hours before the start of the match until the beginning of the game. Both are located on the lower level of the East Stand, next to door no. 2. 
• The stadium gates open one hour prior to the start of the match. 
• All stands have bars offering food and drinks. With a purchase over €5, you enter a draw for the 1st official jersey. 
• After the match ends, our official store remains open. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GENERAL PUBLIC TICKETS: ticket sales usually begin several days after the schedules are published by La Liga. For matches considered high demand, a pre-sale of tickets is established for members and supporters. Sales conditions are announced in advance for each match in the News section of the official SD Eibar website. No exchanges or returns admited

VISITING FANS TICKETS: for general information, it is communicated that, in accordance with current legislation (RD 203/2010), ticket sales will be carried out exclusively through the visiting Club/SAD in a zone properly separated from the local fans. SD Eibar reserves the right to deny access to the stadium to visiting team fans holding tickets purchased through other channels and not located in the designated area. 

TICKETS FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY: reduced mobility tickets are located in the last row of the Main Stand. Access is made from the street without any steps or obstacles. They can only be acquired through a specific request by contacting socios@sdeibar.com A (free) ticket will be provided for the companion. 

TICKETS FOR BABIES (FROM 0 TO 3 YEARS OLD): all individuals entering the Ipurua Municipal Stadium must carry a valid ticket. For babies from 0 to 3 years old, even if they do not occupy a seat, a free ticket will be provided as long as a member requests it. They can only be acquired through a request within the established period at this link: Baby Ticket.

ACCESS WITH ITEMS: the stadium does not have a cloakroom. Access to the stadium with backpacks, objects, etc., may be subject to control by security personnel, in accordance with the applicable rules in force.
